--ingredients:
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 4 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 lb. cooked potatoes
  • dash of pepper
--instructions:
Melt butter. Stir in flour, salt, and pepper. Cook until bubbly. Gradually add milk. Cook and stir until thickened. Add cheese; stir until melted. Add potatoes. Cook over low heat until hot. Makes 4 - 6 servings.
