Squash Casserole -- # 116 --ingredients: 2 cooked squash 1 cup chopped onions 3/4 stick butter 1 cup grated cheese 2 eggs 2 cups bread crumbs 1 Tbsp. salt 1 cup evaporated milk 1/2 tsp. pepper  --instructions: Mash cooked squash and other ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased dish and bake at 375 for about 40 minutes. Yield: 6 servings. ------ 0votes
