--ingredients:
  • deer roast
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 cup catsup
  • 2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
--instructions:
Marinate roast over night (1/2 cup vinegar in water to cover). Drain. Cook until tender. Melt margarine in skillet, add onions, cook until brown. Add next 9 ingredients, simmer for 20 minutes. Cut deer in pieces and place in a baking dish. Pour sauce over and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
