--ingredients:
  • 1 large can salmon
  • 4 Tbsp. margarine or butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup quick Quaker Oats
--instructions:
Heat oven to 350. Melt margarine in small oblong baking dish. Flake the salmon, removing skin and bones. Add eggs and oatmeal, mix well. Then add melted margarine, leaving a little in the dish. Mix well and smooth into dish. Bake for 45 minutes or until brown.
