Barbeque Meat Balls

--ingredients:
  • 2  lb. ground beef
  • 1 (10 oz.) jar apricot preserves
  • 2 cups bread crumbs
  • 1/2 BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 2 eggs
--instructions:
Combine meat, crumbs, onions, eggs, parsley, and salt. Mix lightly. Shape into 1 inch meat balls. Brown in butter. Drain off excess oil. Place in 2 qt. casserole dish. Combine preserves and BBQ sauce. Pour over meat balls. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Stir occasionally. Yield: about 4 1/2 dozen.
