  ingredients:
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1 (8 oz.) package seasoned stuffing
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can pimento, chopped and drained
  • 3 cups yellow squash, cooked and drained
  • salt and pepper to taste
  instructions:
Melt butter and stir in stuffing. Line casserole with half of the stuffing mix. Combine all other ingredients and spoon into casserole. Cover with remainder of stuffing. Bake for 1 hour at 350.
