  ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cup herb seasoned stuffing mix
  • 2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna fish, drained
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 Tbsp. minced parsley
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  instructions:
Preheat oven to 350. In greased 1 quart casserole, mix with fork, stuffing mix and milk; let stand for about 5 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients until well mixed. Bake for 30 minutes until lightly browned. Makes 4 servings.
