Combine meat, crumbs, onions, eggs, parsley, and salt. Mix lightly. Shape into 1 inch meat balls. Brown in butter. Drain off excess oil. Place in 2 qt. casserole dish. Combine preserves and BBQ sauce. Pour over meat balls. Bake at 350º for 1 hour. Stir occasionally. Yield: about 4 1/2 dozen.
